Terms & Conditions for Christi Lake.com Membership

No refunds. There are NO REFUNDS for your membership to Christi Lake.com for any reason. When you submit a sign up form you will receive a membership and be charged accordingly. Once you have a user name and password, that's it, so if you have any questions please ask before you join.

Membership renewal. Your credit card will be automatically charged and your membership renewed at the end of every 30 days.

Credit card charges. Your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of your membership term for another term. For example, if you signed up and your account was activated on May 23, 2000, your credit card will be automatically charged again on June 23, 2000 for another one month term.

Cancellations. If you want to cancel your membership please visit our Customer Service page and send your USERNAME and PASSWORD to us AT LEAST 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) BEFORE the end of your next billing cycle. Your membership will be edited so that it will not renew your account at the end of your membership term, but be sure to request this 1 week before the end of your term, or we cannot guarantee that it will not renew for the next term. If you request that your membership not be renewed, your account will expire at the end of your original membership term.

Authorized Access & Age Statement. All materials, including messages, and other communications, contained at Christi Lake.com are intended for distribution exclusively to consenting Adults in locations where the materials, messages and other communications contained at Christi Lake.com do not violate any community standards or any Federal, State or Local law or regulation of the United State or any other country. No persons under the age of eighteen (18) years may directly or indirectly view or possess any of the contents of Christi Lake.com or place any orders for any goods or services advertised at or in Christi Lake.com. You hereby acknowledge that materials presented at and/or downloadable from Christi Lake.com include explicit visual, audio, and/or textual depictions of nudity and heterosexual, bi-sexual, and situations of a sexual nature, that you are familiar with materials of this kind, and that you are not offended by such materials.

YOU HEREBY FURTHER AFFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE STATMENT BELOW:

I acknowledge and agree that all materials contained at Christi Lake.com are proprietary and constitute valuable intellectual property. I acknowledge and agree that as such, I may only access, view, download, receive and otherwise use the materials available at Christi Lake.com only as authorized by Christi Lake Entertainment, Inc. (the Company). I agree that I shall at no time access, view, download, receive or otherwise use, or cause or enable others to access, view, download, receive or otherwise use materials, directly or indirectly in places which the Company does not authorize such access, viewing, downloading, receipt or other use. I agree that I shall at no time show any of the materials contained on Christi Lake.com to anyone under the age of eighteen years (18). I hereby acknowledge and agree that no materials from any parts of Christi Lake.com are authorized, and no materials are intended, by the Company to be accessed, viewed, downloaded or used by, or transmitted, broadcast or otherwise disseminated to any person or entity located in any and all areas designated as PROHIBITED AREAS below. I agree that any and all unauthorized access, viewing, downloading, receipt, duplication or other use of materials from Christi Lake.com, in which I am directly or indirectly involved, including, but not limited to accessing, viewing, downloading, receiving or other use of materials in PROHIBITED AREAS in any manner shall constitute intentional infringement(s) of Christi Lake's and potentially other's intellectual property rights and other rights in such materials and shall further constitute a violation of Christi Lake's trademark and other rights, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy.

PROHIBITED AREAS: (A) The following parts of the United States of America: Alabama, Florida, except Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and St. Petersburg, Georgia, except Atlanta, Kansas, except Kansas City, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, except Cleveland and Cincinnati, Pennsylvania, except Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Tennessee, except for Nashville, Utah . (B) All parts of the following countries: Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan, The Republic of China, Sinapore, Saudi Arabia, Syria, The United Arab Emirates. (C) All parts of every other geophysical place correcponding to a political entity or part thereof in which the access, viewing, downloading or other use of materials at Christi Lake.com would, or could reasonably constitute a violation of any law, regulation, rule or custom.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless. I agree to be personally liable and fully indemnify Christi Lake, Christi Lake Entertainment, Inc.(the Company),and it's web servers and providers, for any and all damages directly, indirectly and/or consequentially resulting from my attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication of materials from Christi Lake.com alone, or with or under the authority of, any other person(s), including, without limitation, any governmental agency(ies), wherein such damages include, without limitation, all direct and consequential damages directly or indirectly resulting from unauthorized downloading of materials from Christi Lake.com including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of revenue, loss of property, fines, attorney's fees and costs, including, without limitation, damages resulting from prosecution and/or governmentally imposed seizure(s), forfeiture(s), and/or injunction(s).

I Promise Not To Steal. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Christi Lake.com hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to use graphic files, audio files, video files, text, hyperlinks, interlinks, search engines, and other software associated with authorized Member use of Christi Lake.com which Company provides ('Materials') during the period in which you are a current Member in good standing. You may use the Materials only in accordance with the terms and conditions of your membership, only on one computer at a time and, if downloadable copies of the Materials are made available by Christi Lake.com, you may make only a single copy of such Materials for your personal use and enjoyment. You may not remove any propriety notices from Materials at any time. You may make no use of Materials not expressly authorized herein or by prior express written authorization from Company. Prohibited uses, include, without limitation: (1) permitting other individuals to directly or indirectly use the Materials; (2) modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling the Materials (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction); (3) making copies or creating derivative works based on the Materials except as provided herein; (4) renting, leasing, or transferring any rights in the Materials; (5) removing any proprietary notices or labels on the Materials; and (6) making any other use of the Materials. This license does not grant you any rights to any software enhancements or updates of any kind.

Down times. There may be times when the server is down because of malfunctions, updating, etc... You will not receive a refund, credit or membership extension due to unavailability of Christi Lake.com.

Unauthorized use: If your Christi Lake.com membership account shows unauthorized access or your USERNAME & PASSWORD appear in a public forum (i.e. pirate site, chatroom, IRC, etc.) I will terminate your membership account and no refund will be given whether you knew about the unauthorized use or not. So do not post your USERNAME & PASSWORD on the Internet or give it out to non-members. It is your responsibility to keep your them safe and private.

Trademark Statement. The name and words "Christi Lake" are registered Trademarks in the United States of America in accordance with Section 12(a) of the Trademark Act of 1946. As such they are listed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and you may not use them without express written permission from the Company. This includes usage in meta-tags for websites not owned or controlled by Christi Lake.

Credit card statements. The company name will appear as "CCBILL" on your credit card statements.
